- Re-located Screw Holes: The screw holes on this strike plate avoid those of standard strike plates, allowing you to install the new strike plate even if the original screw holes are stripped out/ damaged/ oversized.
- Enlarged Strike Hole/Opening: A larger opening to fix issues that the door fails to latch close properly caused by misalignment. The dimension of the holes is large enough to allow for seasonal ground movement or wood shrink and keep the latches work properly.
