The Level Six Gritstone is the most durable and feature-rich paddling mitt in the Level Six lineup, engineered for paddlers who spend significant time on cold water and need warmth, grip, and longevity from their hand protection. Three different types of neoprene are combined throughout the construction to balance insulation, flexibility, and abrasion resistance where each matters most. Armortex neoprene knuckles protect the highest wear areas, while the 3mm overall thickness provides serious warmth for cold-weather kayaking, whitewater, and shoulder-season paddling on Canadian lakes and rivers.

Pre-curved fingers reduce hand fatigue over long sessions by working with your natural grip position rather than against it, and liquid sealed seams keep water out more effectively than standard blind stitched construction. A silicone printed palm delivers a confident, non-slip grip on your paddle shaft in wet conditions, and the tapered entry cuff seals snugly at the wrist to minimise water flushing through the mitt during paddle strokes and wet exits.

The soft nose wipe panel rounds out a thoughtfully constructed mitt built to handle whatever conditions you're willing to paddle in.
